About us

Queen Experiences is a small outfit in Cancún. We arrange private charters, villas, club tables, restaurant reservations, tours and transfers with the people who actually run them — and a person answers, in English or Spanish.

How it works

  1. Tell us what you're after — your dates, how many of you, the kind of day you have in mind.

  2. We check with the owner. Availability is theirs to confirm, not ours to promise, so we ask and come back to you.

  3. You get a price and the details for your actual dates, so you decide with the real number in front of you.

  4. If it works, we agree a deposit and you send it — that's what turns your dates into a booking. We stay on the thread until the day itself.

Why there are no prices here

Every boat, villa and table is quoted by the person who owns it, and the number moves with the date, the season and the size of your group. A price printed here would be out of date, or simply not yours. So we quote per request instead.

Deposits and cancellation

Nothing is due while we're still checking with the owner. Once you've seen your price and want to go ahead, we agree a deposit — how much depends on what you're booking, and you'll know the amount before you send anything. The deposit is what holds your date, so it isn't returned if you cancel. Anything still owed is settled on the day.

Who you're dealing with

Queen Experiences arranges your booking and your payment directly with the owners; BLAHCHAT SAS DE CV runs this site as its technology provider and takes no part in any payment. We do not own or operate the boats, villas, clubs or restaurants you see here.
